Phil Mickelson has reportedly confirmed that he would be contending at Scottish Open. The 2015 Scottish Open would mark the 6th consecutive contention at the esteemed tournament for the star golfer.
The American golf star would be playing at East Lothian golf course from 9th to 12th July & it would be his preparation grand for the upcoming Open Championship to be hosted in St. Andrews.
The esteemed tournament would be hosted at the famous Gullane Golf Club this year.
Phil lifted Claret Jug in 2013 at Murifield a week post winning Scottish Open that was hosted in Castle Stuart. He was a joint runner-up with Justin Rose this year at Masters while Jordan Spieth was the winner.
The golf champ is hopeful that his recent charged-up form that was witnessed at Augusta National would continue till summer & till Gullane where rose would be determined to defend his last year’s Scottish Open win – prior to heading to Scottish East Coast to play at the Open Championship.

Mickelson is focused on taking Scottish Open championship title from Rose this time, who had been his fellow runner-up recently at Augusta.
