Phil Mickelson charged up about his form going into Masters

Last year, Phil Mickelson made a superb run at Masters, and he has a whole lot of assurance as the 1st major of the professional golf season starts on Thursday.

After ending in a tie for the 2nd spot previous year at Augusta, Phil has ended in the top 5 in 3 of his 7 starts this season.

Speaking to the reporters, he told that he is very excited to play. He is relishing playing. He is loving playing right now. He is playing very well.

Phil has got hold of that green jacket that is given to the Masters champ 3 times (2004, 2006 as well as 2010). Overall, he has 5 major championships, including PGA Championship in 2005 and the British Open in 2013.

At present, he leads the PGA Tour with a scoring average of 69.008, and he offers a whole lot of the credit to Andrew Getson, his all new swing coach. Phil said that he is driving the ball better that he has ever before. Phil told that he is driving the ball better than he has in a very long time and is more than happy with his iron shots.
He told that the game is starting to be very instinctive. He believes that this is probably the best way to say that, where he does not have to think about the technique or the mechanics of anything. He just kind of look and react.
