One of the initial steps at each property is to evaluate the current relationships and establish a plan to make them fully functional. At the core of
Resort Golf Management’s vision is the building and enhancing of relationships. All operational aspects of a project are founded upon open, trusting and mutually beneficial relationships and we are known as much for our relationship management as we are for our technical skill set. We allocate resources for activities that help build relationships, we constantly evaluate progress in the state of our relationships, and we consistently honor the relationships that we hold. It is through the careful and intentional nurturing of all relationships that we find success in club operations.
Relationships vary from project to project and often include many of the following:
- Employees
- Guests
- Owners
- Professional organizations
- Community organizations
- Lodging community
- Tourism organizations
- Fellow clubs
- Vendors
- Members
- Board of Directors
As part of our management process, we assess and prioritize the current state of each of these relationships and immediately begin to build our bridges. You will notice a measurable change within the less than perfect—or non-existent—relationships and will enjoy an enhancement of the good relationships within a brief time.
