The members of
Resort Golf Management, “RGM”, came together in response to the need for a golf
course/resort management company that understands how to develop and operate a service oriented, resort caliber golf facility. RGM’s unique knowledge of all aspects of the resort experience gives us the ability to offer a dynamic and creative approach to the management and marketing of a facility.
More than forty years of collective resort, golf course and food and beverage management and marketing experience has resulted in an Operating Structure based on sound business principals. It is this structure that gives RGM the ability to respond to changing markets and deliver a consistent, profitable product. In the RGM operating structure, accounting, reservations, employee training and many aspects of the internal operations are consistent from course to course. With this in mind, we have found that to be successful, each course has a different purpose and must have a “look and feel” that is compatible with its purpose. A resort course will be different from a real estate development course. A course in Eden, Utah will be different from a course in Cloud Croft, New Mexico. We pride ourselves in taking the time to meet with the course owners to determine the purpose of the course and then
develop a product that is in keeping with and enhances the big picture goals of the owners. It is through this process that RGM successfully creates value for golf course owners.
