Wolf Creek Resort is 2700-acre real estate development. The property offers an 18-hole championship course, restaurant, pub and banquet facilities
The course and facilities had been neglected for many years. As a result, RGM’s initial task was to bring the property up to a standard that was consistent with the overall project. This involved overseeing the design and remodel of the clubhouse and upgrading the golf course. The golf portion of the project has involved the addition of water features, bunkers, revitalizing the turf and cleaning up the “edges”.
Additional goals:
- Create a food and beverage product that was compatible with the existing market
and also attractive to the market the development is targeting.
- Bring food and beverage to profitability.
- Re-position the golf course as one of the premier courses in the area.
- Develop programs that leverage golf to sell real estate without negatively impacting the future viability of the club.
