The SunRiver St. George Golf Club is an 18 hole golf course located in the heart of the SunRiver St. George Active Adult Community. It’s purpose is to be the crown jewel of the community and an amenity to the homeowners and visitors to Southern Utah. This challenging 18 holes course features twelve holes that are bordered by the Virgin River and six holes wind through classic and colorful desert terrain.
RGM’s focus for this property is:
Renovate the course and bring conditions to a standard consistent with other RGM courses
Improve service levels to a level that enhances the “feel” of the community
Once conditions and service issues have been addressed work with the development and the City of St. George to improve revenues and yields
Manage the day to day operations including maintenance and food and beverage
Develop a plan for a condominium hotel on the property
