Just as the game of golf rewards creativity, flexibility, innovation and discipline, the members of the
Resort Golf Management team came together in response to the overwhelming and obvious need for a golf management company that approaches the business of golf in the same way.
RGM recognizes that each course has it's own character, resides in
it's own market and ultimately has at it’s core it’s own purpose for being.
Rather than forcing each property into a preconceived box, RGM seeks to enhance and nurture
a courses uniqueness.
RGM has also drawn on more than forty years of collective resort, golf course, hospitality and food and beverage management and marketing experience to create and implement a uniquely responsive operating structure based on sound business principals. Within the RGM operating structure, you will find accounting, reservations, employee training and all aspects of internal operations. These structural components are relatively consistent from course to course.
It is through this unique combination of innovation and structure that RGM is able to respond to changing markets and needs, deliver a consistent, profitable product and create a truly memorable experience that is consistent with the owners and stakeholders vision for the property.
